Return Policy

Thank you for shopping Buckle Bunny Boutique! I hope you are satisfied with your items. However, if you are wanting to return your items, you will receive a full refund, but will be charged the reship fee. If you are wanting to exchange an item, you will also be charged the reship fee. If the new item costs more than the original item, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

To be eligible for return:

  • All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Returned or exchanged items must by unworn and unwashed

  • Returned items must be returned in same condition they were received (no pet hair, no tears, or any signs of damage)

How do I return?

Please email shopbucklebunny@gmail.com and I will give you further instructions. Please include what you are returning or exchanging. If you are exchanging, please let me know what you are wanting so I can set it aside for you.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon I receive the returned item, I will inspect it to make sure it fits the guidelines and I will issue a refund which should get to you within 3-4 business days.

These items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items

  • Jewelry

  • Hair accessories

Order Cancellation:

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. If you no longer need to item you ordered, you will be asked to pay the reship fee once you receive your item, and I will refund you.
